Life = Lots and lots of stressful things blah blah. Today I baked my first loaf in 4 weeks.

I fed my starter once. No fuss bread.

Dough in F/fridge all times during this process.

350g each chapatti and white bread flour

Just wanted to share as it made me so happy today. Just bread.
