My uncle recently bought these vegan brie cheeses and we decided a good way to use them would be a charcuterie board. Only problem is I have barley any idea what to put on a charcuterie board and even less of an idea what to pair these cheeses with. I'd love some recommendations on what you think I should pair these with and any other advice on how to put this together. I've ben wanting to get into charcuterie for a while now, so any other info you want to lend to a newbie would also be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Neither of us are actually vegan, so recommendations for meat pairings and such are welcome. 🙂

    Rule of thumb for boards-
Three cheeses. One soft, one that can be cut into shapes like comté or manchego, and one that can be broken along the curd line like Gouda, or cheddar. Feeling adventurous? Make one goat, one cow and one sheep.
Have a whole muscle meat in there like prosciutto, bresaola, or speck. Make the other a ground meat like salami.
As tiny pickles (cornichons), nuts like almonds or pecans, a jam, a mustard, and a delivery device like bread or a cracker.

If it’s a meal, 3-4 oz cheese per guest, 2 oz meat.

    If it’s a snack, 1-1.5 oz cheese, 1oz meat.

Dress with dried fruits (apricots!) and garden herbs (mint is perfect!)

And they ya go! Have fun! And take pictures!
