Trying to find ways to make this easy, this seems like a pretty solid low calorie breakfast to stick to!

    I’ve gotten to where I good down a cups of blueberries into a compote (just add 2 tbsp of water). It makes the blueberries sweeter without adding anything and you get a really nice blueberry drizzle as well. Stick it in the fridge for yogurt and cottage cheese toppings! It takes maybe 5 minutes tops

    This is basically my breakfast except I add a tbsp of sugar free syrup (25 cals) and a generous sprinkle of chia or flax seeds.
