Salt, pepper, basil. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Pepper, olive oil. If you prefer you can fry them. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 25 minutes. 2 mozzarella cheese. Parmesan. Wet baking paper. You can use a baking dish too. Mozzarella, basil, parmesan. Third layer. Fourth and last layer. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for about 35 minutes. Perfect.
