Excellent stuff, I always have a jar of either rolmops or zure haring (great on rye bread) in my fridge. I stopped ordering them through grocery delivery services though, after having a jar open in transit twice 😮

I love the artisanal ones in Europe. I’ve always been afraid to try the jarred variety available in the US. Can anyone recommend brands available in the US?

I think I once ate so many of these that the vinegar burned my throat and it took a year to heal.
