  1. I’m becoming a fan of microgreens over lettuce on burgers—they’re not better, just a nice change-up. They have an interesting taste and do a great job keeping all the other ingredients in place where a big butter lettuce leaf, even iceberg can act like a slip n’ slide. Less work than shredding your own lettuce and it stores better than pre-shredded.
