I used to wk at a diff food place near a BMB and the owner/mgr was very kind and would give us free banh mis and leave $5 tips, for that i will always support them and feel like it’s indicative of how they treat their own employees 🫡

What’s the best banh mi spot in toronto? The little bakery at Shoreham is pretty good. So is the little hole in the wall on jane just north of Wilson, also the the one at yorkwoods gate (this one is my favorite)

I used to go there once a week. Last time I got a lot of gristle and not much meat (pork is still dirt cheap, btw), and a diarrhea to boot. I have no plans to go there again.
