    I was in NO for a week last may. I had a list of restaurants half a mile long. This place was on it, but I didn’t make it.

    I had that exact dish when I was there this summer. I sat at the pass, and gave the chef my giant hand fan. It sats “IT’S FUCKING HOT,” and it cracked him up.

    LOVE THIS DISH. I ordered it when I was there and it was delicious, but that’s not why I’m here. My server greeted the table and asked if I wanted sparkling, still, or good ole fashioned Mississippi mud for water service. Lmao. That alone was enough for me to leave at least a 30% tip.
