OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC DIP:
DIP:
– 1/2 cup of olive oil
– 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
– 1/4 cup of fresh parsley chopped fine
– 2 tbsp black olives finely chopped
– 2tbsp marinated artichoke hearts finely chopped
– 2 gloves of minced garlic
– sprinkle of dried oregano, red pepper flakes and salt

PAIR WITH:
– crunchy sliced bread

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all dip ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Serve with crunchy slices of bread. Enjoy!
