Was eating w Valentina and diced onions bc I have no lime lemon or cilantro and I found some leftover chili oil from a chineese restaurant I believe and it’s soo much better the flavor is so rich I haven’t poured it in because I’ve never had chili oil idk how to eat it properly but I dipped some on a spoon and ate it and it’s comparable to butter on popcorn very delicious. Buttery at first heat comes a little later but definitely spicy.
