Spicy Cajun Sausage with Mushroom Sauce on Farfalle

    Basic instructions

    Slice some mushrooms and dice some spicy sausage. Make roux equal parts flour and butter. Add the mushrooms and diced sausage. Fry some coin cut sausage for the top and garnish with parsley and green onion.

    Serve over well butter and peppered Farfalle.

    Why do people insist on dumping sauce on top of bland cooked pasta , throw it in the sauce for a few minutes to absorb so every bite is full of flavor

    I mean, that’s lovely, but if you think you can eat that properly off the plate without getting food on the table, you’d in for a bad time.
