I think It sounds good, hope it’s fantastic!

  2. Looks good, but the “raspberry reduction sauce” on a piece of wagyu isn’t really appealing to me. I’d want pure beefy flavor. As long as you enjoyed it…all that matters!

I think its over cooked personally but that’s really really easy to do with wages or a5 kobe. First time I cooked a5 in a restaurant I ruined 3 pieces lol. If you liked it that’s all that matters

did you use wine in that reduction?

What a waste! All you need for that kind of steak is salt.

Was this meal made in the 70’s?

How did you manage to make the sour cream look like it was made by a soft serve operator having a stroke?

Wow! Nice. Did you take this pic with your old Nokia phone?

That looks absolutely amazing! Wagyu is so rich though, I hope you didn’t drown it in sauce. Sometimes just a little salt/pepper and a good sear is all you need.

Definitely something you’d expect to see on a paper plate!

  12. I’ve noticed that wagu you buy from chop shops in Midwest is different than wagu you buy in southern Florida 🤷‍♂️
    It’s all still expensive 💯👍

Waste of a perfectly fine piece of beef.
