
Just whipped up some super easy Greek chicken skewers for lunch and had to share. 🍗🇬🇷
Cut up some chicken breasts, tossed them with a couple spoonfuls of the Simply Greek Souvlaki spice blend + olive oil, skewered them, and threw them on the grill. That’s it.
Came out juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—basically a quick Mediterranean feast with almost no effort.
Easy Greek Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
- 2–3 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Simply Greek Souvlaki Shis-Kebob Spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or enough to coat)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Steps:
- Cut the chicken breasts into quarters (or bite-sized chunks if you like smaller pieces).
- Toss the chicken in a bowl with the spice blend and olive oil until everything is evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Tip: if you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15–20 minutes first so they don’t burn on the grill.
- Grill the skewers over medium heat until cooked through and lightly charred, about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with pita, tzatziki, or a fresh salad for a quick Greek-style meal.
