Genoa salami, hot capacola, imported ham, peppered ham & provolone with lettuce/tomato/hot peppers oil & red wine vinegar. Centrella's – Havertown, PA. After unwrapping I turned it right side up so veg on top (what I'm used to/prefer but to each your own!)

Looks like this would effectively stop the lettuce from falling out…. Might have to try this sometime
