Like the title says what on earth did I grow? What do I do with these? Did I trim them too late too early?

If they taste bitter they may be Nepalese cucumber. Just happened to be at a neighbors from Nepal the other day and these look very similar. I was told they grow them for pickling.

Looks like Malabar cucumber. Used in South Indian cooking and can be eaten raw
