Some salt to your pasta. Saute your meat, your garlic, and your onions together. Until they have a nice color. Yeah. They want red go away. Yeah. All the redness goes away. Sauté it nicely. Quick. Nice. Well done. Check your pasta. It’s hot. It’s okay. Okay. So, looks It looks like it’s ready. Yeah. Because it’s You want it You want it to be al dente. Al dente because it’s going to go after all the oven. In the oven, right? It’s going to get more. Okay. [Applause] Salt to your taste. Black pepper. And black pepper. Woo. Careful there. [Applause] [Music] Cover it on medium for about a half an hour. Water your pan really well all over. Put some bread crumbs all around in the bottom and then on the edges also. You put in the top a little bit of rinse your pasta with cold water so they don’t stick. Rinse your pasta in the strainer. Do the cheese kind of cheese grounded together. There’s three kind of cheeses. Gha and what kind? Emilos and arato. I don’t know. It’s a very it’s a mixture cheese that we have for these things and then put the pasta at the bottom become very rich in taste. I think you can make a Christmas and New Year and have a big company over. It’s a rich food and everybody gets full. Put another layer of cheese. Now put the ground beef. Another layer of the pasta. A layer of sauce and a layer of cheese. That meal is a little bit expensive but it’s worth it for a special occasion. All family they are full. You don’t have to have it four or five another layer pasta. I guess this is the Greek lasagna. Yes. Yes. Yeah, it is. Yes. Pour the rest of the meat. I’m going to put the juice in a top and it can go all the way to the bottom. The white sauce. We have butter. Three tablespoons. Four. Yeah. Yeah. So 200. So I think she added about three to four tablespoons of butter spoons of flour to make a cream and continue. It’s lots of work with the flour mix together with the butter until it’s nice and smooth and it has a little color. [Music] One lit milk and mix it together good slowly and keep working. [Music] So it’s not clumps. So it becomes smooth like cream. Yeah. Smooth. Thick cream. Yeah. So you have to keep mixing it. You see? Oh, beautiful. It’s nice. No lumps. Nice and smooth. That’s the way it should be. Going to pour it on top. Oh my god. Look how beautiful that is. I have to make it now. That’s it. I learned from my mom. Now we have to make it. It’s so good. And scrape down your pot there. Is that how you call that? That’s stuff like this. Yeah. Put the cream all around the edges. Yeah. Cover cover the pasta. And it’s ready. The oven is at 375 for the temperature. Maybe your oven cooks lower, higher. You know your oven. So that’s up to you. Whatever it cooks. And then we put again that uh how you breadcrumbs little bit just to give nice color. not to be white from the cream. How long you put it in the oven for? 1 hour. I don’t know. 40 minutes. Maybe 45 minutes. Yeah, because the pasta is cooked, the meat, everything. You just want everything to be blended. So, 40 to 45 minutes should be good. We’ll check it. Hey, you can see. Yeah, we’ll check in the oven first. My mom says, “Yeah, before you make the cream so be it.” And we’ll check. Let’s take a look. That’s so good. Look at that. It’s 40 minutes up to now. So, it took about 45 minutes. Now, we’re going to let it cool down. Oh yeah, it’s ready. Bounces back. And we’re going to put it aside and let it cool down a little bit. Let it rest. We have some kla from yesterday. Oh, that looks good. Now, doesn’t that look delicious? Oh my god. And we have some kleslaw. I’m assuming or whoever wants bread. But I’m going to taste it now.
