There are really only a few foods I don’t care for. Celery is one of them, but this celery salad, I cannot get enough of it. You need five stocks of diced celery, one large diced honey crisp apple, eight pitted and diced meel dates, and one diced English cucumber. All of that is going to go into a large mixing bowl along with a bunch of chopped parsley and a handful of micro greens and a half a cup of toasted chopped pecans. Now, we’re going to set this aside while we make our dressing. Half a cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of avocado oil, juice from two large lemons, 2 tspoons of pure maple syrup, two cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of freshly chopped dill, 1 and 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, a teaspoon of coarse salt, and some pepper. Give that a whisk to combine. Pour that over our salad. This wonderful recipe comes from Sarah Lazri and the written recipe is on my website if you want it. Give that a good toss. [Music] It’s not the prettiest looking salad, but oh my god, is it good.

When my grand daughter was little, she hated celery so much, that when she would say "celery" she would say it like it was something evil, and she detested it. 😂😂😂 She's all grown up now, with a baby coming in February. She still won't eat it.😅
Not everyone likes it raw, with peanut butter or something, but things like soups, chicken, and potato salads, and dressings wouldn't be the same without it.❤

I love the olive garden Italian dressing and I will slice up celery and toss with the dressing and go to town lol it the perfect thing with the dressing, I will also make celery sticks and dip then in the dressing, only way I really enjoy it lol😊

Sounds great,but more than a few9f those ingredients are way too expensive for people on a budget (especially now),so are there substitutes to use that would taste as good? Just finding dill at the grocery store is difficult and pricey if you do find it. I had to go o a more expensive store. They had it,but 3-4$ per lb. And a bulb of dill is not lightweight. Used to find it in dried herbs, but don’t see it anymore(?)

I cannot stand celery, I have disliked since I was a child and still cannot tolerate it. lol Celery and beets are yuck. However, this looks great, minus the celery ❤
