Hello friends. This is Melissa from Buckeye Girls Lifestyle and today is Let’s Get It Done. Our host is the Prather Life and today we’re going to be getting some cooking done for when dad gets home cuz there’s nothing in the refrigerator. Okay, we’re starting with two teaspoon of butter. Start to get that melted in the pot. Okay, now we’re going to add one onion. Get them tossed around. This is black angus stew meat going up. Nice little pack of that. Normally I do a a pack of fresh mushrooms sliced. I don’t have any, so I’m going to just use a couple of canned mushrooms. Now we’re going to do some spices. Bailey, come on. Guess he don’t like spice. Okay, this is black pepper to taste. And we like quite a bit of black pepper. We like the mixed pepper. It’s got white pepper, black pepper, and red pepper in it, too. We’re going to get let this cook down. Get some color on that be that that stew meat and just let this cook down. Okay, we got our stew cooked. It’s starting to look pretty good. So, we’re going to add in beef broth. Four cups of beef broth. Okay. You can use egg noodles. I like these noodles. These are my favorite. They’re But you can get them on Amazon. They’re called Mrs. Miller homemade noodles. Uh, they’re old-fashioned medium egg noodles. They are my favorite noodle. I buy them on Amazon in bulk. And these are our definitely our favorite noodle. I may need to add I’m going to add about three cups of water cuz we need more water in for these noodles. There we go. Now we’ll just let our noodles cook. Our noodles is is cooked nicely. If you want just really good beef and noodles or beef tips and noodles, you would stop here. But I’m doing stroganov. So, I’m going to add, and this is my way, I’m going to add about a cup of sour cream, which is about all I have in this container. So, going to just put it in there. And I did add a little bit of bullion in there to make it have a better beef flavor because I was worried about it not having such a good beef flavor. And if you didn’t want to do that, then you could also do some brown gravy or beef gravy. can of mushroom soup. I have this down on low and now I’m going to just cook this low and slow. Okay, we’re going to start with two eggs. A4 of a cup of butter, room temperature. 1 and a4 cup of sugar. One teaspoon of baking soda and a four teaspoon baking powder. the and a four teaspoon of baking soda. Now, we’ll get this mixed up cuz you want to get that soda mixed in and baking powder cuz you don’t want somebody to eat it bite into a big glob of that. That stuff is awful. Just cream this really really good. Half cup of cocoa. one and 1/2 cup of flour. We’ll get this stirred up. Okay, we forgot one thing. Got to do one cup of milk. I’ll make the the consistency a little bit better. You could add some chocolate chips in this or some nuts. It’s your your your choice. I may add some nuts. Okay, we’re going to add a teaspoon of vanilla. This is my favorite Mexican vanilla. And I got about a cup of walnuts that I’m going to get those in there to finish up that bag. Okay, I have a tin coil pan. Yes, it looks like it it went through the water. It probably did. Was above my refrigerator. So, I thought I’ll just get that out and use that. Going to take my butter. Just use that cuz I have a bunch of I did cookies and I did brownies today. So, I have some of those left over. So, we might as well use them. Okay, now let’s add our brownie mix. I forgot to set my timer. Okay. We need to bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
