I underestimated the footprint of sunchokes in my garden.
They're pretty cool though. Goldfinches do gymnastics to get at the flowers.

I’m going to be planting some this fall… roughly how many did you plant in the beginning, and what footprint are they taking up now? I’m trying to avoid also underestimating the footprint!
