For the crumble:
• 100 g oat flour
• 80 g cold butter, diced
• 70 g brown sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier version)
• 40 g almond flour (optional but recommended for texture)
• 1 pinch of salt
Caramelized apples:
• Peel and cut the apples into small cubes.
• Sauté them for 5 minutes in butter with the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
