I’d caution against drawing conclusions from a 9 day 40 participant study. Also, animal proteins are considered better for muscle growth because they are generally more complete but in the study “The vegan diet paid special attention to the amino acid content, to ensure the plant proteins were complete and comparable to the animal sources”. There’s so many proven benefits of plant based diets surely we don’t need to make stuff up?
