I am a 5’6” Female. My goal weight was 125lbs!
I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle and calculated my TDEE at 1600-1700 cals per day. I went to 1200 cals on average per day since mid July.
I had plenty of cheat days where I’d have around 1600-2000 cals after drinking some IPAs lol. There were also some days I was only at 850-1,000 cals.
Now I’m officially at my goal weight and I’d like to drop to 120 lbs so I have some wiggle room on bloat days or menstrual days and don’t go above 125 lbs.
I have to say I absolutely love food so this was very difficult. There is restricting involved, but you can still enjoy things like fast food, beer, and dessert in moderation. I definitely have been cooking almost all of my meals now and have a much healthier diet.

That’s awesome 👏
You seriously just reminded me that I need to lock in. Amazing progress!!
It’s wild how much 15 lbs shows on bellies right? I’m on similar track as you (hoping for 16 total, about halfway now).
Congrats on the flat belly!
Good job!
damn girl, you have a great figure
Congratulations on your success!
Nice! Started 3 weeks ago myself and I’m down 7lbs, focusing on 1200 a day. I don’t need to eat like that either, I’m excited!
I am 5’6 and 136 lbs this is giving me hope! I lose water weight when I first go on a diet and then it plateaus and I give up😭 gonna try sticking it out till month 3 this time. Did you do the same deficit the whole time? Or recalculate as your weight dropped?
What kind of meals are you having?
Congratulations!! It really does work. I didn’t take before pics this time because I feel like I always take them and then go nowhere 😂 but 6 weeks in I’m down 10, and 10 away from my goal.
I’m 5’5 and did the same thing starting at 146 at my heaviest and got down to 125 then 120 staying under 1200 per day. Kept it off for 3 years then life threw a lot of shit at me and I got up to 139. Going back to 1200 per day or less got me to 135 and I’m trying to get back to 125 ideally 120. I carry all my weight in my middle so this picture is inspiring.
