To make the chickpea and apple salad, we’ve taken about a cup of walnut kernels. We’ll lightly dry roast them, roasting them over low heat for about a minute. You can also add almonds or pistachios, or anything else you like. If you don’t want to add these ingredients, you can skip them. We’ll lightly dry roast them for a minute. This way, they’ll become crunchy, as we’re making this salad with a very crunchy, creamy, and natural flavor. So first, we ‘ve taken two medium-sized apples. If you use slightly crunchy apples , your salad will be more delicious. Don’t add soft apples. Now, remove the seeds and cut these apples into evenly sized pieces.
