Pumpkin spiced ≠ sweet or containing pumpkin, it’s just spiced.
Spiced salmon (or any meat) isn’t uncommon or unappetizing. Cinnamon and other spices go well with meat and fish, jerk salmon being a good example of that.
I’m sure salmon with pumpkin spice seasoning could be delicious, but only cooked properly. This salmon looks like it’s being sold raw with marinades and spices already included, to be cooked at home.

“pumpkin spice”: cinnamon clove ginger and nutmeg is half of the ingredients in garam masala. And garam masala is good on fish.
So I’d certainly try this and add some salt and pepper
