Mozzarella cheese Grated and spread all over zucchini once it is layed out
on bottom of pan drizzle Olive oil, and spread a little breadcrumbs (you can skip bread crumbs if you want completely no carb)
line the pan with the thinly sliced zucchini overlapping, and generously cover with mozzarella cheese. One more drizzle EVOO, Oven 20 minutes 400, Bake in oven and you have a satisfying new alternative to bread. Cut into squares and fill with anything you prefer! Great for keto low carb diet!
