If you’re going to miss summer and bonfires like I am, try making these s’mores blondies with brown butter that you can make in your oven. Brown your butter until it’s nice, bubbly, and a nutty aroma. Then we’re going to melt it over some regular butter to get some of that moisture back in there. Adding brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, the usual. And then we are processing some graham crackers into a fine crumb. Add that right to our batter. Mix it up. Then we add our dry ingredients of flour and whatnot. And then you can use mini marshmallows. I simply didn’t have any, so I cut up a bunch of big ones. Put two/irds of the batter in the pan. Going to top it with lots of marshmallows, chopped chocolate, and dark chocolate. Put the rest of the batter on. It can be messy looking cuz you want it to get all gooey and pretty in the oven. And then you get this marly textured look. Gooey, chewy, delicious. Just get the rest of you in caption.
