  1. When it says to let the sauce cool, is it okay to just remove it from heat and let it idle on an unused burner? Or do you gotta refrigerate it for a few minutes?

    Ideally, I’d like to do that while I make sure the fillet doesn’t have too many bones.

    I don’t cook with salmon very often, sorry about the questions, hah.
