What is Crabfat? What is Crab Caramel? It sounds abso-fucking-lutely terrible.

Crabfat is exactly what it sounds like. If you go to places like Swan Oyster Depot (San Fran) you can get a bowl of it to dip sour dough in. ( Spoiler: Tastes like sardines) But you can thicken soups with it… and apparently you can fry wings in it.
