~300 calories -21gm protein

Recipe :
56 gm Pete’s fettuccine pasta
Boil pasta for 30 mins.
1/2 tbs avocado oil
Add veggies ( carrots , green onions , cabbage)
Add boiled pasta
Add Sauce :
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp date syrup/ maple syrup or monk fruit
1 tsp Thai paste
Salt as needed.Water as needed.
Top it up with some crushed peanuts ( <1/2 tbs)
