Yes. It doesn’t impact functionality. Assuming that they send you a replacement, just use this one until it no longer holds itself together, then switch to the replacement
Also, 5 days a week? Holy crap, you’re getting your moneys worth out of your BGE for sure.

I would use your egg just like normal.

I used mine like that for over a decade. It finally completely crumbled and I bought a new insert.

Yeah but they will replace if you registered it

Mine is always cracked…
Capable_Obligation96
I wouldn’t be happy but it is still functional.

I have a crack in my kamado charcoal basket, and I still cook in it just fine.

It’s just the firebox. I’d warranty replace it and keep using the cracked one until it gives out completely

No way! A visible crack will cause the food to not be edible. /S

Yes used it for years after mine cracked. Doesn’t affect anything

Mine is worse than that. I have a new one in a box, but I’ll save that until the current firebox doesn’t hold the shape. Cracks in the firebox don’t affect usability.

One of my larges has had a cracked firebox for six years. I have the new warranty replacement one still in a box on a shelf. Not only do I still use the Egg with the cracked firebox, but it’s the Egg that goes on vacations with us too. 🤣😂
