Creamy Cheddar Chicken Pasta
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced – leftover rotisserie works great)
200g (about 2 cups) pasta (penne, fusilli, or macaroni)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder for speed)
1 cup milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
(Optional) chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Quick Steps
Cook pasta → Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions (8–10 mins). Drain and set aside.
Heat chicken → In a skillet, add butter/olive oil. Toss in the cooked chicken and garlic. Sauté 2–3 mins until warm and fragrant.
Make cheesy sauce → Pour in milk/cream, then stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy. Season with salt & pepper.
Combine → Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until everything is coated in cheesy sauce.
Serve → Garnish with parsley or green onions if you like. Serve hot!
