This quick and easy baked chicken thighs is so deliciously baked with simple ingredients. The chicken is so juicy, flavorful and perfect for a busy week night.

INGREDIENTS
6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
2 tsp paprika
1 and 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 and 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 and 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 and 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 and 1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to your taste ( i used 2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper)
3 Tbs butter, cut into 6 slices

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken: Generously season both sides of the chicken thighs with the spices (0:41-0:52).
2. Add butter: Place slices of butter on top of each chicken thigh to help with crispiness and flavor (0:54-1:02).
3. Bake: Preheat the oven to 450°F (1:04-1:06) and bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (1:08-1:16).
4. Baste: Baste the chicken with the delicious pan juices during baking

The chicken is so juicy, flavorful, and fall of the bone tender. This recipe is so easy to make. You only need a few ingredients. Let’s get started. We’re using bone in skin on chicken thighs for this recipe. And we’re going to season them with some spices, including paprika, garlic and onion powder, dried oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper. These simple spices will give your chicken so much flavor. Make sure the underside of the chicken is very well seasoned. Then turn over the chicken and season the skin side as well, very, very generously. We want to make sure every part of the chicken is well covered in that seasoning. To make the chicken crispy on the outside, we’re going to place slices of butter onto each chicken thigh. The butter will melt all over the chicken and add flavor to it. Make sure your oven has been preheated to 450° F. Place the chicken into the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165° F. The chicken will make a lot of delicious sauce to enjoy it with. Make sure you basee the chicken very well with all of that delicious sauce.   1. So, I tried this recipe today. OMG. So I tend 2 slightly over cook my meat. Who knew adding butter made a HUGE difference. The thighs were so moist & juicy!!! I will never thighs any other way. Thanks..
