Save this for a quick and easy dinner this week⬇️

So nice I did it twice…you loved the sticky soy chicken so here’s a salmon version! A 15 minute meal, this is the easiest weeknight dinner you could think of😍

For one portion, you need:
1 Salmon Fillet
Sesame oil
1 tbsp Garlic and Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (reduced salt if you want/need)
1 tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/4 tsp White Pepper
2 tsp Brown Sugar

Add your salmon to a pan, skin side down, with a little sesame oil and place over a medium-high heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fillet is mostly cooked (you can tell because the sides of the fillets will change colour). Flip and cook for just 30 seconds on the other side then remove from the pan.

While they’re cooking, combine all the ingredients for your sauce then once the salmon has been removed add the sauce ingredients to the pan. Cook on high for another 4-5 minutes until the sauce has reduced and is thick and glossy. Spoon over the salmon to serve.

Cooking for one and want dinner in 15 minutes? Welcome back to One Pot, One Portion. Deliciously easy recipes with minimal washing up. Now, I’ve told you about this sauce before, but you seem to love it. So, I thought I’d share a second version with my sticky soy glazed salmon. The sauce is similar to the original with store cupboard ingredients and a little added citrus. The salmon is pan fried until just cooked with a crispy skin. And the sauce is cooked down and reduced until silky, sticky, and luscious. And if you know me, then you know exactly where this rice came from. You can find the full recipe in the capture. Make sure you follow along for more single serve
