Can I use eggs instead of mayo and coat the whole chicken breast?
Found some quick chicken coating packets I want to try, and I’m just wondering.. well, the title lol.
Posted here because like no other cooking subs allow pictures. Point me in the right direction I’m lost lol.

Yes, dipping in beaten egg would be the more common method.

I would not do that. I’d stick with the mayo.

Yes. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Dredge the chicken with flour, then dip the chicken in egg, then coat with the breading mixture. I also add a bit of flour to my eggs and wisk to make it thicker. You might have to use 2 packets of the breading mixture since the instructions are for coating one side.
