I know it doesn’t necessarily LOOK good but am I the only one that eats peanut butter eggs?? I love peanut butter and will eat it in almost any way. I’ve been making peanut butter eggs for as long as I can remember!
(…2 eggs, about 6 Tbls peanut butter, a few Tbls sugar. Mix it good and put it in the microwave for 1 min. then every 30 sec. till it’s like a dense cake. Then put more peanut butter on top to melt…)
My partner and some friends tonight said I was crazy! Guess I never thought about it. Does anyone else do this? Or has anyone heard of it? If not, you should try it! It’s nice as a sweet treat when you don’t want to bake. Lots of protein also! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love eggs and I LIKE peanut butter. But some foods need to stay far away from each other. These are two of them lol

This is a slice of bread and a few ounces of milk away from being peanut butter french toast. I won’t lie, this picture doesn’t sell it – but I see the vision

No flour peanut butter cookies in a mug

  10. This is basically like a peanut butter cookie recipe but in a jar. I like it! I’m gonna give it a go and report back. Less sugar though because I’m not looking for diabetes.

I used to like odd food combos like applesauce and cottage cheese (not anymore) but never heard of pb with eggs. I respect the choices but could never eat it!!

In your defense peanut butter in curry is definitely a thing especially in West African cousine and I have used it in savory food if I were you id try to add more savory elements or maybe experiment with cooking it slowly on a stove. But I understand you keeping it as a comfort food the way you like it. It’s not that weird really and it makes sense.

You know what? This might be the first time in the history of the internet someone ask if they’re the only one who? and they actually are the only person in the history of humanity to do it. More power to you, but I will not be trying that myself lol

You could literally add flour and some baking powder and make a peanut butter cake in a cup…this is what you choose?

There a lot of great resources for mental health help. Let me know if you need help looking for some in your area.

  16. Minus the sugar, it’s something I’d imagine a power lifter would have as a quick snack.

Not for me though, thanks for sharing!

What the fuck is this mess? The description doesn’t help.

I can imagine peanut butter could be a great addition to cakes, made with a standard cake recipe containing eggs, or most likely as a peanut butter based butter icing or topping.

Either the photo evidence is beyond terrible, but based on the photo and what you just described seems…. No thanks on trying out that recipe and methodology.
