
Made these for dinner tonight. Pretty tasty! Easy to make and easy cleanup, too.
Recipe typed out directly below:
- Olive oil
 - 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
 - 3 lbs small yellow potatoes
 - 1 lb Andouille sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 1 lb frozen green beans
 - 1 stick of butter
 - Black pepper, to taste
 - Garlic powder, to taste
 - Creole seasoning, to taste
 - 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
 
- Chop onions.
 - Dice potatoes.
 - Slice sausage.
 - Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of your slow cooker.
 - Add chopped onion, potatoes & sausage to slow cooker.
 - Sprinkle w/ pepper, garlic powder, Creole seasoning & ranch seasoning.
 - Add green beans.
 - Add a stick of butter on top.
 - Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
