What’s good, my thick thigh lesbians? Today, we’re making our very own Caesar dressing because once you make it from scratch, you’ll never go back to the bottle ever again. Pull up a seat and let’s go. Start with mincing some fresh garlic, about three cloves or so. Then, once you add them to a container, take the zest of one whole lemon and place it to the side. Use that same lemon and toss in some freshlysqueezed lemon juice, about a/ third of a cup, into the container. Add just a pinch of seed dandruff from the lemon juice and emulsify. Now you’re going to add 2 tsps of dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of wishes sauce, anchovi paste because I couldn’t find whole anchovies anywhere, and three unborn golden chickens. Now emulsify slowly, adding in a good quality olive oil. Toss in the lemon zest, parmesan cheese, and blend, and you have your very own homemade Caesar salad dressing. Personally, I recommend chilling it to allow it to thicken up. I wanted to make a traditional Caesar salad, but I also wanted to do something different, so I made a chipotle chicken Caesar salad. I also wanted to make my own croutons from scratch because I’m him. Now, grab some French bread, cut in half, and then cut into cubes like so. Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, vegetable seasoning, and mix. Place it on a baking sheet at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. Now, this isn’t a traditional Caesar, as I’m adding in English cucumbers, red onion, and tomatoes on top of romaine lettuce into all the unmoisturized folk will scream, “This isn’t a traditional Caesar salad. Go outside, nerd. Get out.” Seriously, I know that. That’s the great thing about cooking is that you own the process and can make things the way you like them. Not everything in cooking has to be black and white or straightforward. It’s okay to reinvent the wheel or add some pizzazz to the classics as long as you show respect to the original creations. But anyway, I’m rambling. I genuinely hope you learned something because that’s my goal here to teach you how to cook and how to make things you probably didn’t know were as simple as grabbing a few key ingredients. Anyway, share this with a friends. Save it for yourselves to make later. Thanks for watching and until the next time we feast. Peace.
