Previously, I posted the first time my wife made focaccia here. Now, she added some mushroom, cheese, truffle oil & paste from the grocery (we can't afford the real thing).

I think that that would fall into the pizza category more than focaccia, but I would have to eat most of it to be certain…..
Oh this looks outstanding! Compliments to the chef. I can focaccia quite well but whenever I try and incorporate things like cheese they tend to go wrong! Very impressed and if she has any tips on incorporating ingredients I am here for them.
