My strained fermented hatch chile/garlic/onion and blended in roasted garlic hot sauce. What should I call it?? I’m thinking Southwest Sunset

    I did this with mostly green and some red Hatch Sandía chiles. Finished with roasted garlic, some vinegar and lime juice to brighten the flavor. I’ve never had anything like this. Hatch chile has such a unique flavor profile and you don’t see it often which makes this more special.

    Idk why but it feels like something to wake you up, or something that’d be good in the morning to get you going. For sunset, I feel like that’s when I want something hot hot red hot.
