    Looks amazing! Do you use ground lamb or beef? I know traditionally many use lamb but my family doesn’t like it so I use meatloaf mix (veal, pork, beef) .

    Same for me tonight! I just moved and my potato masher and casserole dish are still in boxes, so it’s gonna be made with potato flakes in a foil dish.
