Smoked demerara Mexican chipotle adobo & BBQ pork back ribs grilled low & slow ~6 hrs

    Came out excellent, very popular & highly recommended.

    I trimmed, removed the membrane & sea salt tenderized both racks the night before. And I scratch make the demerara Mexican chipotle adobo rub / sauce, while the other is a premium BBQ competition award winning sauce. I also put the chipotle adobo rack over medium direct heat for 3-5 minutes a side at the end of the grill cook to denature the spicy heat. It comes out sweet, earthy and only a touch spicy.

    Smoked (hickory & a bit of apple & cherry woods) and grilled indirect at 225 F over water trays for ~6 hrs. They passed the bend test lol.

  2. Can you share the rub/sauce recipe? These look great and I’m tired of traditional BBQ rib recipes.
