An inexperienced attempt at Carbonara, how’s it look? :)
Unfortunately I had to use some dry-cured bacon since I can't easily get guanciale in the US, but I work with what I have!

Looks good! I used bacon the first couple times I made it because I didn’t have easy access to guanciale at the time. But once I was able to get it, I never went back.
