Started with an onion base, and mixed in spring greens with strawberries, blue berries, cranberries, 5 spoons of sunflower seeds, onions. 8 buffet scoopers of croutons, tons of cheese, top it off with a bunch more onions. And than 2 paddles of blue cheese, 2 ladles of ceased, 3 ladles of ranch.
Plate is much bigger than is pictured. It’s a big casino buffet plate.

If you slice red onion thin and toss it with parsley, olive oil, lemon and sumac, you can create the most oniony salad possible and it is delicious. I put it on chicken kebabs but I’d happily eat it by the forkful.
