Our ground beef package was punctured, so I had to go buy some from the store, and we got the normal little bag of uncooked jasmine rice inside the brown bag with the rest of the ingredients, as well as a bag of I think partially cooked jasmine rice? Not sure why it was included, I threw it away. I hate how difficult it is to reach out to them with small complaints.

Do you use the chat feature on the website? That’s what I use for anything like this, and they’ve been great respond. I’m unsure why you got two things of rice. I’ve had recipes that used the precooked rice like this before, so it’s something they do send out. Just got some free rice I guess.
Think that’s a rice bag you just throw in the microwave in order to fully cook
Did you order a heat and eat or prep and bake meal? They sometimes come with microwaveable bags of rice, which is what your posted picture is of.
