I made a breakfast pizza. 1st attempt. Biscuit crust might be better. I used croissant crust with breakfast gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and a bit of cheese.
It’s pretty good. A few tweaks will make it better

    I always make mine with biscuit dough, peppered sausage gravy as my sauce
