    Interior looks great.  Crust is a little darker than I’d like.  I wouldn’t send it back.

    Looks great. Dead was a bit much and gave you a big grey band. But I would be totally happy to eat this. Interior looks perfect.

    Beautiful cut. Sear is a touch dark. Fantastic cook inside though. I would either flip it on its side for a minute with the tongs or tilt the pan to get that edge a bit more. 8/10.

    Inside looks great! The crust, honestly, is something I’d carve off because it’s too burnt. Nonetheless, I’d also say you’re on the right path on making your steak nights to die for :>
