Recipe for Rasawala sprouted matki – 1. Use one small bowl of sprouted matki (moth beans) and blanch them in boiling water. Strain and keep aside. 2. Sautee chopped onions, tomatoes in 2 spoon oil. 3. Add garam masala to the sauteed onion -tomato mixture. Add 2 cups water and keep it on low flame. 4. Add blanched matki to the above boiling mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Your rasawala matki curry is ready.
Recipe for beetroot sabzi – 1. Chop beetroot into pieces as shown in the picture. 2. Saute one green chilli finely chopped with mustard in 2 spoon oil. 3. Add the chopped beetroot into the saute. 4. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. 5. Sprinkle scraped or grated coconut on the cooked sabji, mix thoroughly and serve with chapati.
