Paid for T-bone cut on sale, but butcher upgraded me;)

    It is a decent cut. The big strip of fat/silver skin on the left arent really “marbling”.

  2. Looks small. I usually get a 20 oz.. I’m in beef country though, not sure that matters. I like the tid bit filet part

    I usually save that end strip cut for MW to W cooks. That’s the end of the strip. It will be a bit chewy but I would still devour it. The filet part looks aok!

    Looks like a T-bone? Not sure the fat on the filet counts towards the size to qualify as a porterhouse, but maybe I’m incorrect.
