
Chuck roast is on sale at my my local shop. Usually I make a variation of the all-american pot roast recipe but I currently have all the ingredients for the Moroccan Pot Roast so I thought I would mix it up. I have a friend who swears by it but the comments on the recipe are mixed. Any feedback from this group? TIA!
