    I got some good ones from Wild Fork for a decent price, if you have one near you. So much better whole than short ribs.

    I prefer them to pork ribs, but they can be tricky to find where I’m at.

    The US Foods restaurant supply store near me has them. Otherwise, I’ve never found them. And they are fantastic.

    What are you paying for them? I got a rack a couple weeks ago and it was $95 for the rack…. insane.
